Harry Fountain

Harry’s journey into physiotherapy began as a patient himself, undergoing years of rehab following multiple knee surgeries after a football injury. This personal experience started an interest for helping others recover and return to full function.

Harry initially worked across the NHS and semi-professional football before moving to private musculoskeletal practice more than 8 years ago. His approach combines manual therapy, joint mobilisation, manipulation, and tailored exercise prescription to support long-term recovery.

With additional training in acupuncture and dry needling, Harry brings a holistic and evidence-based perspective to rehab. He has a keen interest in strength & conditioning and nutrition, focusing on optimising performance and resilience for everyone from recreational level to elite athletes.

When not in the clinic, you’ll find Harry in the gym, travelling, DJing, watching sport, or occasionally jumping out of planes (on purpose!).
