You can choose between a 30-minute focused initial appointment or a 60-minute extended session, depending on your needs and how in-depth you’d like your first session to be. For more complex or long-standing conditions, we may recommend a longer initial appointment to allow for a more thorough assessment.
If you’re using private health insurance, appointment length and reimbursement may vary. We’re happy to advise you when booking.
