Emma Dyrdzinski

Emma graduated from Coventry University and, like most, built experience working in the NHS for the first years of her career. At the same time, she also worked in a private practice, before eventually moving into a specialist role at an orthopaedic hospital.

Emma joined Bodybalance Physiotherapy to allow here to focus on her passion for injury rehab and postoperative care. She takes a biomechanics-led approach, building tailored plans that help clients meet their recovery goals, whether returning to sport or everyday function. She has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, especially the foot and ankle.

Outside the clinic, Emma loves the active outdoors lifestyle of surfing, skateboarding, hiking and running. She relaxes with yoga and a good book.
