Emma Dyrdzinski

Kitty is a chartered physiotherapist, originally from Germany. Her journey in healthcare began with her bachelor’s degree in the Netherlands, with a specialisation in midwifery. Kitty has worked in respiratory rehabilitation in Switzerland and a musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy practice in the Austrian Alps. Additionally, she spent time working in a hospital in Tanzania, Africa which allowed her to expand her skills in another country. Alongside her clinical work, Kitty also supports athletes as a pitch side physiotherapist for a men’s rugby team in East London and the Arsenal men’s youth academy.

She is interested in sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, women’s health physiotherapy, and preparing individuals for the ski season.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Kitty enjoys staying active in her free time. You might find her cycling through London or hitting the gym for a workout, or carving through the mountains on her skis during ski season. Her personal commitment to an active lifestyle reflects her belief in the importance of movement and physical activity for overall well-being.
