Phoebe’s passion for physiotherapy was shaped by her own experiences recovering from sports injuries as a young athlete. After graduating from Cardiff University, she built her clinical foundations in the NHS, before heading off to work as a physiotherapist in New Zealand where she worked in private practice and with Western Springs Football Club.
With a strong interest in sports and exercise physiotherapy, Phoebe enjoys working with all levels of athletes. Her approach blends hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise prescription, aiming to optimise recovery and help people return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, she’s a high-level competitor herself, representing Wales in international lacrosse, including two World Championships and two European Championships.
