Isabelle graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. During her degree, she completed a year-long Strength and Conditioning internship with Dagenham & Redbridge FC, where she worked closely with players and physiotherapists across all levels of the squad. Her time at the club sparked a strong interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of athletes, leading her to pursue a Masters in Sports Rehab and Massage Therapy.
